5. Academic Integrity
The consultancy strongly supports academic integrity and ethical professional conduct.
The consultancy does not provide:
- Coursework completion
- Assignment writing
- Dissertation writing
- Examination assistance
- Production of academic submissions
- Completion of assessed work
- Circumvention of academic regulations
- Any service that may facilitate academic misconduct
Requests of this nature will be declined immediately.
6. Professional Boundaries
The consultancy is designed to support learning, professional development and career progression.
The Consultant provides guidance and mentoring only.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Their own learning
- Their own technical decisions
- Their own project implementation
- Their own academic submissions
- Their own professional conduct
The Consultant will not complete work on behalf of a client for academic assessment purposes.
7. Right to Refuse Service
The Consultant reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate an engagement where:
- Academic misconduct is requested
- False information is provided
- A conflict of interest exists
- Professional boundaries are not respected
- Inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour occurs
- Continuing the engagement would create ethical, legal or professional concerns
